Solid is a full-service design studio based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. We were founded in 2009 on the core principle of delivering innovative design and cutting-edge technology to small businesses, without the astronomical price tag that typically comes with it. We are able to offer this unique blend of high quality fused with affordability because we choose to stay lean, and pass the savings on to our clients.

Meet Team Solid

• Victor Beazzo

  Creative Director
  

  Victor is the creative director at Solid, where he is responsible for designing all graphic, web, and printed materials from conception through production, including: logos, websites, brochures, ads, and more.

  Victor has always been a creative person. As a kid, he loved to draw and paint. He pursued his passions through college, and later graduated with highest honors, receiving his Bachelors in Communication Arts from Kutztown University. He has worked professionally for two prominent advertising agencies in Pennsylvania while freelancing on the side. Victor is also an active member of AIGA. He prides himself in being a well-rounded person with a drive for progress, and a keen business sense.

  In his free time, he enjoys feeding his movie fanaticism, casual gaming, and spending time with his lovely wife and newborn son.

• Jonathan Bryan

  Software Engineer
  

  Jonathan is the lead programmer of Solid Design Group. He has more than 5 years of field experience working at such notable companies as IBM and MetroTek, in roles ranging from UI developer to CTO. He is also a professional member of the ACM and IEEE, including the SIGWEB (web) and SIGGRAPH (graphics) special interest groups. Jonathan plans on finishing the last year of his Computer Science degree at RIT should his professional work load ever die down.

  At Solid he is responsible for software R&D, UI design, and the deployment/maintenance of technology platforms.

  When not in front of the computer he enjoys relaxing with a good book, listening to new music, and cooking vegetarian dishes with his girlfriend.

• Erin Lanahan

  Marketing Director & Account Manager
  

  As both Marketing Director and Account Manager at Solid, Erin is in charge of a slew of tasks including personal sales for our B2B services and handling the online marketing, account management, and social media needs of our clients. Her strong people skills make her ideal in this area, as well as a receptionist and cold-caller extraordinaire.

  She is an extremely gracious person, and has spent time both voluntarily and professionally collecting donations for charities and universities. She also has a strong background in the healthcare field, where she enjoyed caring for the elderly and working as a nursing assistant.

  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, surfing Facebook, cooking, and listening to broadway musicals and country music.
